Once you have created an account with your details and payment information. Set your pick-up and drop- off locations, choose your ride type, review the estimated fare, and finally request a ride. Once the trip is complete, the app will handle the payment, allowing you to rate your driver and receive a digital receipt.

The cost of a trip is fixed. What is displayed is what you pay. To see the cost, simply enter your pick-up and drop-off locations in the app and you will be provided with a cost.

Ije currently offers a chauffer service which allows you to book our drivers for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Free booking cancellation up to 2 hours before the booked time.

You can do so at any time prior to the driver’s arrival however a cancellation fee is charged if the driver is within 5 minutes of your pick-up point.

Please contact us at customerservice@ijemove.com as soon as possible as our drivers are instructed to return all lost items to our local office or report to the police. Proceed to the local office with valid photo ID to retrieve your lost item. Lost items are held for 28 days after which they are disposed of.
